Model 101

It is used in high-production products, for it has a long lifetime with 1,000,000 times. The material of 101 must be high quality. The specification of 101 is as fellows:

(1)     Detailed design of mould

(2)     The hardness of mould base is HRC30 at least

(3)     The surface hardness is HRC48 at least

(4)     Loss plate on the side slide is needed

(5)     There must be a temperature controller on the mould

(6)     In order to avoid corrosion, a cooling inserts is needed

(7)     A split line clamping mechanism
